How do I request a refund?

How to request

1. Email support@searchaz.ai from the email address on your SearchAZ account.
2. Use the subject "Refund request".
3. Optionally, tell us briefly why. It helps us improve, but it is not a condition of the refund.

We confirm the refund by email and cancel your subscription at the same time, so you will not be charged again.

When will I get my money back?

• Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay: refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• Google Play: refunds are processed through Google Play to your original payment method.

Please contact us before your bank

If you contact us first, we can normally issue your refund within one business day. Bank disputes take much longer.
