SearchAZ is not a consumer reporting agency
SearchAZ reports are not consumer reports under the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You may not use SearchAZ to make decisions about anyone's eligibility for:
- employment
- housing or tenancy
- credit or insurance
- government benefits or licenses
- any other purpose that requires FCRA compliance
Not allowed
- Stalking, harassing, intimidating, threatening or harming anyone, or locating someone who does not want to be found
- Identity theft, fraud or any other crime
- Bots, scrapers or other automated access
- Reselling, redistributing or publishing reports
Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed without a refund. You must be 18 or older to use SearchAZ. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
